Alliance started in Business in 2001 as a KY Mortgage Broker offering Residential Mortgage Loans throughout KY. From there we quickly expanded into several States including Indiana and Florida and in 2004 we moved our Base of Operations from KY to FL.
Sometime in 2007 Alliance began offering Commercial Real Estate Loans throughout the Eastern U.S. and by 2008 we were offering SBA and USDA B&I Loans Nationwide.
In 2010 Alliance made the decision to focus solely on Business Loans and as of August 31,2010 we are no longer offering any Residential Loans.
Today as Alliance Business Capital, through our network of Lending Partners, we offer Commercial Real Estate Loans as well as other types of Business Loans Nationwide.
Our sole focus going forward is on assisting Businesses obtain the Financing they need whether it be a Commercial Real Estate Loan, Account Receivable Loan or other type of Business Loan – Alliance Business Capital is here for you with the Financing you need.
We have had very good success with Commercial Loans, including loans on Hotel Properties and Gas Station Properties over the last few years when most other companies were not even considering a Hotel or Gas Station Loan.
