Gas Station / C-Store Rates

Currently Interest Rates on both SBA and USDA B&I Loans are good. In most instances both of these Loan Programs carry a quarterly adjustable rate and are based on the Prime Rate, which is currently 3.25%, plus a margin of 2.75% which if our calculator is working correctly equates to a rate of 6.00%.

It is possible, in some instances and depending on the Investor, that you can obtain a fixed rate loan instead of the quarterly adjustable rate, however these rates are typically 2.50% – 3.00% higher right off the get go. (more…)
